You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your purchase for a refund or exchange.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must:

Be in their original condition with all tags attached
Be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
Include all original packaging and accessories
Have the original labels and tags intact

3. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

4. How to Return

To initiate a return:

Provide your order number and reason for return
Pack the items securely with all original tags and packaging
Ship the package to our registered office address

6. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Items without original tags or labels
Worn, washed, or damaged items
Intimate apparel and lingerie (for hygiene reasons)
Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

8. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at luxorisomag@yahoo.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
